The multifunctional building is located on Lazaretská Street in Bratislava-Old Town. It has 6 floors above ground and 1 underground floor, basement with underground parking. On the ground floor with the entrance from Lazaretská Street there is a reception, access to the restaurant and office space on the upper floors. The entrances to the building are also from the side - Cintorínská street. There is an operation of a light food insurance company, Dôvera, an excimer center and entrances to office space on higher floors. In the 1st to 5th place are the office spaces of various companies such as Petit Press, Astra Zeneca, BNT, SAS, Newyorker and others.

The building has 13,000 m2 of leasable area, 5 elevators, an underground car park for 47 vehicles with an entrance from Lazaretská Street, and outdoor parking spaces for 14 vehicles. The building is fully equipped with a central heat source (gas boiler room) and fully air-conditioned with central cold sources. There is also a backup source of electricity. We can prepare the rented premises according to the tenant's requirements or rent it as a holospace, which the tenant completes at his own expense.
